PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

CLEAR, INTENSE, GARNET RED COLOR
VERY ELEGANT BOUQUET, RICH AND CONCENTRATED WITH HINTS OF SPICE AND FRUIT SUCH AS CASSIS AND BLACKBERRIES, PEPPER AND FRUIT MARMALADE.
WARM AND SMOOTH TO THE TASTE WITH GOOD ACIDITY; DENSE BUT GREAT QUALITY TANNINS. VERY LONG FINISH.
THE HARVEST TAKES PLACE TOWARDS THE END OF OCTOBER AND THE GRAPES FERMENT IN STAINLESS STEEL VATS; AT THE END OF THE FERMENTATION PROCESS THE WINE IS POURED INTO FRENCH BARRIQUE USED FOR THE FIRST TIME WHERE IT IS KEPT FOR 18 MONTHS. SUBSEQUENTLY THE WINE COMPLETES ITS THREE-YEAR MATURATION PERIOD IN 10-HECTOLITRE OAK BARRELS FROM SLOVANIA.
REFINEMENT TAKES PLACE IN THE BOTTLE FOR AN ADDITIONAL 8 MONTHS.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

TYPICAL GARNET RED COLOR.
CHARACTERISTIC SCENTS OF NEBBIOLO WITH DELICATE YET INTENSE HINTS OF DRIED VIOLETS AND MARMALADE MIXED WITH ETHEREAL SPICY SCENTS.
A GOOD STRUCTURE ON THE PALATE AND TANNINS THAT ARE A BIT COURSE BUT WITHOUT BEING HARSH. CLEAN FINISH.
AFTER THE HARVEST IN MID-OCTOBER, THE GRAPES FERMENT IN CEMENT VATS. AT THE END OF THE FERMENTATION PERIOD, 70% OF THE WINE IS PLACED IN OAK 10-20 HECTOLITRE SLAVONIA BARRELS TO AGE FOR THREE YEARS, THE REMAINING 30% AGES IN NEW FRENCH BARRIQUE FOR APPROXIMATELY 2 YEARS.
REFINEMENT TAKES PLACE IN THE BOTTLE FOR 8 MONTHS.

- VERY INTENSE GARNET RED COLOR
- THE BOUQUET IS ONE OF EXCELLENT DEPTH AND CONCENTRATION OF FRUITY AND SPICY TONES. THE BALSAMIC AND CHERRY NOTES COMBINE TO CREATE BROAD VANILLA AND TOASTED HAZLENUT AROMAS
- RICH AND FULL TO THE TASTE. VERY LONG AND BROAD SENSATIONS, PLEASANT AND COMPLEX.
- LATE HARVEST OF PERFECTLY RIPENED GRAPES. AFTER PRESSING THE GRAPES IN SMALL, TEMPERATURE-CONTROLLED VATS, MALOLACTIC FERMENTATION IS THE METHOD OF CHOICE. ONCE THE WINE HAS BEEN NATURALLY STABILIZED, IT IS AGED IN FRENCH BARRIQUE FOR APPROXIMATELY 12 MONTHS.

WARM AND SMOOTH TO THE PALATE WITH A RICH ACIDIC-TANNIC STRUCTURE.
-THE HARVEST TAKES PLACE TOWARDS THE END OF OCTOBER; THE GRAPES ARE FERMENTED, SKINS ON, FOR 14 DAYS. THE WINE IS AGED IN 225-LITRE OAK BARRIQUE FOR APPROXIMATELY 8-12 MONTHS.

-TO THE NOSE, THIS WINE PRESENTS ITSELF RICHLY AND INTENSELY WITH A GOOD CONCENTRATION OF CRISP, FRUITY AND DELICATE AROMAS.
- WARM AND SMOOTH ON THE PALATE WITH RICH ACIDITY AND A CLEAN, PLEASANT FINISH.
- THE HARVEST TAKES PLACE AT THE BEGINNING OF OCTOBER. ONCE THE MALOLACTIC FERMENTATION IS COMPLETED, AFTER 10 DAYS, THE WINE IS TRANSFERRED TO 20-HECTOLITRE SLOVANIAN OAK BARRELS WHERE IT IS AGED FOR ONE YEAR.

- INTENSE AROMA, QUITE PERSISTENT AND VINOUS, WITH FRUITY NOTES THAT RECALL SMALL, RED FRUITS AND PLUMS WITH A TOUCH OF SPICE.
-FRESH, PUNGENT AND TANNIC ON THE PALATE WITH A GOOD STRUCTURE.
-THE GRAPES ARE HARVESTED IN THE MIDDLE OF SEPTEMBER AND MACERATED WITH THEIR SKINS FOR 10-12 DAYS.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

- BRIGHT, STRAW-YELLOW IN COLOR WITH GREEN HIGHLIGHTS.
-VERY INTENSE BOUQUET WITH FINE HINTS OF CITRUS FRUITS, BUTTER AND HONEY.
-THE IMPACT ON THE PALATE IS EXTREMELY SMOOTH AND BALANCED WITH LOW ACIDITY AND A LONG SUCCULENT FINISH.
-GRAPES ARE HARVESTED IN MID-SEPTEMBER. HALF ARE FERMENTED IN FRENCH BARRIQUE USED FOR THE FIRST TIME FOR AT LEAST 4 MONTHS WHILE THE REMAINDER FERMENTS IN STAINLESS STEEL. THE TWO WINES ARE BLENDED IN SPRING AND BOTTLING FOLLOWS IN JUNE.

-THE BOUQUET IS OF VERY INTENSE QUALITY, DECIDEDLY FINE, WITH FRUITY, GREEN AND TROPICAL TONES; HINTS OF PINEAPPLE, GRAPEFRUIT AND CITRON. A TRUE EXPLOSION OF AROMAS.
-THE PLEASANT ENTRY INTO THE MOUTH IS EVIDENCE OF GOOD STRUCTURE, SMOOTH AND DECISIVE ACIDIC FRESHNESS.
-AFTER THE HARVEST, IN MID-SEPTEMBER, THE VINIFICATION TAKES PLACE IN TEMPERATURE-CONTROLLED STEEL TANKS.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

- CLEAR, STRAW-YELLOW IN COLOR WITH LIGHT, BRILLIANT GREEN HIGHLIGHTS.
-THE BOUQUET IS DELICATE, VERY FINE, FLORAL AND FRUITY WITH HINTS OF HAWTHORN, WILD FLOWERS, SAGE AND CITRUS FRUITS.
-LIGHT AND SWEET TO THE TASTE; FRESH ACIDITY AND VERY FINE WITH A LIGHT BITTERY FINISH.
- GRAPES ARE HARVESTED IN THE SECOND WEEK OF SEPTEMBER AND ARE PRESSED AFTER A BRIEF PAUSE TO ENCOURAGE THE AROMAS TO PASS FROM THE SKINS TO THE MUST. THE MUST FROM THE FIRST PRESSING IS THEN SEPARATED FROM THE SKINS FOR NATURAL SEDIMENTATION. FERMENTATION IS BLOCKED VIA REFRIGERATION TO REACH AN ALCOHOL CONTENT OF 4.5%.
- THE MOSCATO IS BOTTLED AT THE END OF NOVEMBER, REMAINS IN THE BOTTLE FOR 15-18 DAYS AND IS READY BY DECEMBER 20TH.

-GRAPES ARE HARVESTED IN THE MIDDLE OF OCTOBER AND LET TO DRY. AFTER A LIGHT PRESSING, THE WINE UNDERGOES ALCOHOLIC FERMENTATION IN NEW BARRIQUE WHERE IT STAYS UNTIL LATE SPRING.
