All the work on the vineyards is carried out following the classic methodology with the utmost respect for nature, without the use of chemical substances which could contaminate the quality of the grapes.

The Lequio family, under consultation by agronomist Piero Roseo, work the vines themselves with the singular help of a laborer and, when necessary, a tractor driver.
