Since the end of the 19th century through to today, four
generations of the Lequio family have carried out the
agricultural heritage of Collina Seragrilli. Ever since
grapes were sold in vats and wine was sold in large barrels
loaded onto oxen-drawn wagons, the Serragrilli business has
always been handed down from father to son and constantly
updated in line with other vanguard wineries in the area.
At the present, the last generation continues the work begun
many years ago with seriousness and enterprise with the help
of spouses and in-laws, also coming from wine-making
families. Our grandfather and great-grandfather were vine
dressers and have left behind vinyards of excellent quality. |

This small and typical Piedmont winery produces wines made
with grapes grown in its own vineyards which surround the
winery, perched right on the top of the hill called
Serragrilli. Its work methods are constantly updated
according to the most modern wine-making techniques. The
winery has expanded throughout the years with French
barrique and small slovenian oak barrels in which the great
red wines are refined. |
